To the entire Guru community:

It's with a heavy heart that I must inform you that this site, Guild Wars Guru, will be shutting down on July 1st and will remain in Archive Mode. Over the past 11 years, we've become, and continued to remain, the #1 fansite for Guild Wars, and it's all because to you guys. Without such a strong and passionate community, Guru would have never made it this far and so we thank you for that.

And while we will be saying good-bye to our home here, we will continue to host forums for the GW community over at our sister site, Guild Wars 2 Guru. In fact, you are more than welcome to head on over now and begin posting. If you have any threads you'd like to transfer over, now would be the time.

KelvinC Frost Gate Guardian Join Date: Jul 2005 Guild: ANZ	Solutions to some of the 1v1 pvp problems The solution is to 1. Rank the players by class. For example top 100 worriors top 100 memsers etc.. 2. When playing normal PvP (4v4, 8v8) or PvE, players can only equip 8 skills at a time. This is fine. However when playing 1v1, players should have more(ie 10) skills slot instead of 8. Why? by having more slots players can have more all-rounded, versatile build to counter all sorts of things in fight. So the it will shift the strategy from team back to individual player skill. Final note: 1v1 are just there for whom want to play. If you don't want to play it you don't have to.
